RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Period
   Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
   Products must be unopened and unused. Cosmetics once opened cannot be returned.
3. Return Procedure
   Requests via www.sadeliva.com or email. Ship to: TUNGA DOOEL Skopje, SALVADOR ALLENDE No.85/1-24, SKOPJE – CENTER.
4. Refund Process
   Refunds within 14 days after inspection, same payment method used.
5. Exceptions
   Products damaged by misuse or negligence cannot be refunded. Campaign conditions apply.
