This Agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller (TUNGA DOOEL Skopje, operator of www.sadeliva.com) and the Buyer (user placing an order). - Subject
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered online via www.sadeliva.com under North Macedonian law and EU directives. - Formation of the Contract
By completing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Agreement. It is valid electronically without a physical signature. - Product Information

Prices are those displayed at the time of order. Payment can be made as indicated on the Website. - Delivery and Shipping

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without reason, in line with EU and North Macedonian law. - Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds within 14 days. - Warranty and Defective Products
